Our Services

Victorville Glass provides professional glass services including, but not limited to:

  • Residential window installation, repair, and replacement
  • Commercial glass and storefront services
  • Custom shower enclosures and glass doors
  • Custom glass cutting and fabrication
  • Mirrors and glass tabletops
  • Emergency glass repair services

Estimates and Quotes

Free estimates are provided for informational purposes and are not binding until a written contract or work order is signed by both parties. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final costs may vary based on actual project conditions, materials, and labor required.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • A deposit may be required for custom orders or large projects
  • Late payments may incur additional fees as permitted by California law
  • We reserve the right to place a lien on property for unpaid services

Scheduling and Cancellations

We make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will notify you promptly if we need to reschedule. Customers who need to cancel or reschedule should provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on labor and materials as follows:

  • Labor warranty: 1 year from date of installation
  • Material warranty: As provided by the manufacturer
  • Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear
  • To make a warranty claim, contact us within the warranty period

Limitation of Liability

Victorville Glass and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We carry appropriate insurance and are licensed and bonded in accordance with California state requirements.

Property Access and Safety

Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to work areas. We are not responsible for damage to landscaping, utilities, or other property features that may be affected by necessary access to work areas. Any pre-existing damage should be noted before work begins.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the project and property
  • Obtain any necessary permits or approvals before work begins
  • Remove valuables and fragile items from work areas
  • Ensure pets are secured during service visits
  • Notify us of any hazardous materials or conditions on the property

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Victorville Glass and protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration in San Bernardino County, California.
